This is Mojo Monday entry using my new stamp "Sunflower Bucket" from artist Judith Kleinschmidt. @ www.stampsbyjudith.com.

This beautiful image has been stamped and heat-embossed with black glittered powder. Image water color painted, dimension added by stamping, painting and cutting out additional sunflowers which are 3D glue w/sponge tape. Glossy accents added to center of flowers for shine. Designer Papers by Mind's Eye, cuttlebug "swiss dots" pressed in background. Edges stitched and distressed, frame by Spellbinders, Label 4. Butterfly by Martha Stewart and punched edge by EK Success.

Welcome to my Easter journal post.

I started with a blank journal and decorated the cover.

I stamped and heat-embossed this lovely Easter bunny angel by artist Joanne West,

Bunny has been water color painted and 3D layered for deep dimension. Image was then framed with Spellbinders nesting ovals with using a brown Bazzill Bling scalloped background which I then hand beaded in sea green seed beads.

Ribbon used is by May Arts, Velvet/Woven in Pink (PV-34-17) and 1/8 Velvet in Purple (389-18-47)

Corner accents are die cut wood paper and accented with a small flat backed half pearls.

I then inserted head pins through center of Lucite flowers with silver balls and attached to 1/8 ribbon for attached page maker..

This creation entered in Simon Says: For a Child.

Saw this beautiful stamp made my Inkadinkado and I just had to own it!

This beautiful stamped image has been heat-embossed in black "glittered" powder then water color painted. A second image was then painted, glittered and cut and 3-d layered for dimension layered on Spellbinder Nestabilitie oval frame and further accented in Shapabilitiies swirls and pink flat backed rhinestones. Curled wired vines. covered with "flower soft" add further dimension to cluster of shells.

Image then layered and securely clued onto 6 x 5 in spiral notebook. White pearl flat back rhinestones also accent pre-printed flowers on journal.

This journal is also entered in Flourishes "pearl" challenge

Welcome to my blog! This is one of my FAVORITE Penny Black Halloween Issues....I have titled this card creation"Count CATula!"

Cat has been stamped and heat-embossed with black glittered embossing powder.

Image is then water color painted and cut and 3D tapped for dimension. Nestabilities circle and scallop circle used to frame image.

Paper by Paper Pizzaz, ribbon and hand beaded edges. Mouse image unknown and bats by MS punch and interior stamps by SU.

Spooky Halloween Fall Bird House

Gary Robertson, designer of beautiful images for Impression Obsession stamp created this "Halloween" image in his line of season bird houses.

I have stamped this image and heat-embossed image in black embossing powder. Then I water color painted images and 3D cut and sponge taped jack-o-lantern, house frame and leaves.

Metal frame added with natural twine. Hand-punched and "glittered" flowers added to edges of card for further dimension. Bugles beads were then hand-stitched to further frame image.

Inside card finished with pretty "birds on branch" and then stitching added around edges of card.

Just LOVE to ink 'em up and lay 'em down, then sprinkle on the black heat-embossing powder, zap with my heat blower, and "whoa"... all ready to water-color paint!

This cutie has been water color painted, 3D cut and sponge taped, cuttlebug swiss dots and circles used on DP by Paper Pizzazz. Edges are hand-stitched and buttons and ribbon finish off this creation!

Welcome to my blog! Been BUSY with life as well as completing -12- tags for this Twelve Day's of Christmas tag/mini cards/ornament set.

Characters are from Penny Black. Each image in the "12 Days of Christmas" have been water color painted, 3-d cut and sponge taped. Each nestability cut circle has been hand beaded then framed with a scallop nestability in Bazzill Bling. Each tag is then glued to a ribbon loop for hanging. Each tag also can be "opened" to enclose a sentiment and includes a mini envelope.

This is also my entry for the Caardvarks, Enter to win Just Rite Christmas Stamps! by making a tags! Also, this set is entered in Totally Gorguss - Christmas in August!

Introducing "Glad to Meet You" cat.

Cat has been stamped in black ink and then heat-embossed with glittered black (click on middle photo above for close up of embossing) , then water color painted and the cat's "head" is 3D cut and sponge taped mounted for dimension. Cat is then finished with a paper frame using a scallop nestability and Bazzill Bling in black. Ring has then been hand beaded. Finishing off this 4in. notebook is a khaki "paw" printed ribbon.

A Pocket Full of Kitten Love!

This card was created as a gift to a friend of mine in celebration of our cat's 1 year birthday.

The cats are pretty identical and were best litter-mates.

The kitten images are hand stamped and heat-embossed in glittered black powder, then water color painted and 3-d cut and layered with sponge tape.

A 50th. Anniversary Card fo a Special couple!

This is a card I created for a very special couple that are very young @ heart.
They are in their retirement years and are enjoying their "golden" years displaying and driving their vintage cars.

The stamp used in this card is by Great Impressions. Image is heat-embossed in black glittered powder and then water color painted. Gloss accents used on rear lights and bumper has been cut and 3D with sponge tape

I used Cuttle bug folder "swiss dots", Nestabilities labels and ovals, Bazzill Bling and finished off with a pretty ribbon/bow.

It's all about "BABY LOVE" Challenge #33

This week, after a week of RAINS, then BLOOMING flowers, which brought out all those feelings of LOVE, now come the BABIES of SPRING..and what a ride it's been hosting this month @ Mo's !

Ever since I was a child I fantasied about going out into our rose garden and "finding" little "baby" fairies amongst the cool soft wet earth, and all I ever came up with was a frog here and there!

So this card is fulfilling of my childhood "dream" of finding both!

Mo's delightful drawing "Spring Fairy Puddle" has been water color painted, 3-D "popped" and glittered with stickles, then framed in silver heat-embossing powder. Papers by Bazzill and Paper Pazazz. Cuttlebug "tiny bubbles" gives dimension as well as a few brads with iridescent yarn woven through.

Flowers are "silk" cut off of stocks and 3 "dew drops"with a little stitching balance off this card.

3-d taped onto cuttlebug pressed"tiny bubbles onto Colorbox paper.

Martha Stewart and Gill punches make up these flowers which have then been "sugar glittered"

What mother doesn't love a container of fresh flowers!...especially one that will last more than a week!

This card started out with a stamped and heat embossed image from Penny Black.
Flowers painted with water color paints, cut and 3-D layered. Glossy Accents used on tulip heads for a high shine. Papers by Bazzill, and Making Memories. Cuttlebug "swiss dots" add dimension and stitching added for more pizzazz!

Polka dot ribbon stretches over small brass hinges, a few silver brads and three red "skittles" complete this card for Mom!

Welcome to Mo's Challenge #30

Greetings!

As a full time member of Mo's Challenge Team, I get to host the month of MAY.. This month will be a month of "spring" themes starting with a week of RAIN!

This is my creation which is a scene with Mo's boy and his dog image titled "Out There". This image was donated by Mo in memory of 16 month old Layton whom lost his life in a battle with the disease Meningitis. Proceeds from this image have been donated in the search for a vaccine.

This "boy and his faithful dog" are on a mission to spy a RAINBOW as they venture out into the rain, hoping to also find that "pot of gold" on this spring day.

Mo's image has been water-color painted and carefully cut and inserted in to this cute scene

Scene created with background "rain" with designer paper by Debbie Mumm. Frame papers are Paper Studio with tree and grassy knoll created with papers by My Mind's Eye.

Greetings! Mo's challenge this week is to create a "shaped" card, anything BUT square or rectangular.

I was recently at a mall that had a "Life is Good" retail shop and as I was preparing for this challenge, I came upon a chubby Bronte, happily wagging his tail in anticipation of treats!

Bronte has a "Life is Good" demeanor and here he is as a logo on a paper shirt.

This shirt pattern would also make great "Life is Good" party invitations.

I remember my youth when I used to have insect pets.
My favorites where butterflies and preying mantis's (loved to feed 'em flies!)

and DCWV, flowers by PRIMA with a few flat pearls, button and brass butterfly accent this precious Oriental girl.

Welcome to Mo's challenge #18 make it "red, white and pink with a heart challenge".

When Mo created this little pup, I knew he'd make the perfect Valentine pet! This Pug pup has been hand-painted with water color paints, 3-d cut and layered and glossy accents use to bring his eyes and nose to life!

Bazzill paper and nestability frame used to add dimension to this little notebook. Red stitching around image and cute dotted ribbon and "paw" ribbon w/button finish off this cute book!

This notebook has been entered in "Pile It On" challenge, and "Cupcake Crafts" Red & White! This is a little bit of love for Simon Says!

Welcome to Mo's challenge #17. Use a Mo image with WOOD!

I'm a big CAT fan so I was anxious to make a card using Mo's Cheshire cat, and I'm also excited for the March debut of Disney's "Alice in Wonderland" produced by Tim Burton!

Saw a trailer for the movie so I designed Mo's Cheshire cat with"teal" accented fur and a yellow "glow" of the rising sun. I paper pieced the grass with DP papers by DCWV and stitched the hills. Sky is sponge accented with SU sky blue ink pad. Fence is REAL wood paper from Sue McMahon's online store which has been punched with Martha Stewart's "fence" punch.

This week's challenge over @ Mo's is a color challenge. Using Mo's "Miki's pups" with egg plant purple and teal/turquoise "blues" I was able to capture the chill of a January day out in the snow.

Miki and her pups are water-color painted and highlighted with a dabbing of Stickles glitter glue. DP papers by Colorbok and Bazzill. Snow flakes by Spellbinders Nestablities and EkSucess punches as well as Martha Stewart "icicles", velveteen ribbon and clear stick-on rhinestones finish of this card creation.

Patience, the cat has been water-color painted in the image of my tuxedo cat "Bandito" who is also a "patient" kitty!

This tot is a tom-boy as she loves her "boy toys" displayed by the "Dress Me Up" buttons . She's accented with Spellbinder Nestabilitie's Oval petite nests. White card stock edge is heat-embossed in copper and framed again in Bazzill scalloped frame.

Mo's "Mostly White" holiday card...

This week's challenge(#11) on Mo's is to create a card using colored image with mostly WHITE background.

After water-color painting Mo's "Henry and his little lamb", they were carefully cut out and 3-D layered with sponge tape over nestabilities scalloped ovals over Cuttlebug "swiss dots" background.

Further dimension added with nestabilities "floral accents" which I used to accent oval nest's. I then carefully glued flat-back blue rhinestones to cut and pressed swirls.

Silver bow and matching ribbon finish off this pretty Christmas image.

Gosh, It is now time to relinquish my Diva "crown" as Guest Designer for the Wags 'n Whiskers team.

I can't say enough GREAT things about how warm and accommodating the team has been to me!...and the quality of the RED rubber used to produce these cute images, THE BEST! ..., deep cut groves in the rubber, stamp a clean image that heat-embosses so nicely!

Introducing "Zoe and Gemma" illustrated by the talented Crissy Armstrong.

Zoe and Gemma have been stamped and heat-embossed with glittered black powder, then water color painted, cut and 3-D layered with spongy tape. Stickles glitter has been generously applied over paint for extreme sparkle! Bazzill and Mind's eye DP, Prima and hand-punched flowers accent this scene with a little stitching and "Dress me Up" button tree accents.

Although this is my final "winter" creation for Wags 'm Whiskers, YOU will be seeing more creations from me using the Wags 'n Whiskers images in the months to come.

Spike is water color painted, cut and 3-D'd with sponge tape dots. He then is framed within double cut nestability classic scalloped die cut from Bazzill card stock. Frame is then hand-beaded for MORE bling and topped off with a musical note bow.

This is the entry for the Challenge Team over @ Mo Manning's Design Challenge blog.
The challenge was to use a "Mo" image using {{Perple}} Bella and Bronte's FAVORITE color
as well as MINE!

There are several WONDERFUL images to choose from in Mo's collection which she keeps adding to faster than us card makers can keep up with, and she takes REQUESTS! Image here is titled "Danielle and Muffin"

Introducing: Danielle and Muffin @ "Play Time!"
I choose this enchanting image as it so reminds me of my childhood.
I played for HOURS in my bedroom having tea parties for my stuffed toys.
BUT, I was raised with a temperamental poodle who would not go for being dressed up! So I'm living vicariously through this scene and painted Muffin to look like my cat "Bandito"

Digi image is water color painted, cut and "popped" with dimensional tape, glittered and glossy accents used in several areas for a little shine. Image is framed in silver heat-embossed frame and nestabilities bazzill paper frame and matching "swag" displaying play time! Image is sewn around edges and Martha Stewart "fern" punch and Prima flowers finish off this quaint scene!

This enchanting owl oversees and inspires "secrets" to be
written inside this beautiful journal.

Majestic owl (Inkadinkado) is stamped on heavy card stock and heat-embossed with black "glittered" embossing powder. He is water colored painted, cut, and 3 images have been "layered" for dimension.

Image is then "framed" using Spellbinder's "classic frames." Frame corners accented with "dew drops" and hammered eyelets accent @ base of frame. Frame is then "popped" with glue dots.

Ribbon, PRIMA flowers, clear sequins finish off this beautiful book, just in time for the beginning of FALL.

Ode to a new life and loving home ....

This card was created for my good neighbor whom responded to
pleas from the humane society to find loving homes for
several Beagles seized from a sad puppy milling environment.

"Penny" is 4 year old beagle "mother" that was confined to a wire
cage as she was forced to bare litter after litter, rarely allowed to
leave the wire cage she bore puppies from. Her legs are bowed
and she can hardly walk due to the years of abuse. She
now has a wonderful LOVING home for the rest of her life!

Beagle images by Stamp Gallery. Images are heat-embossed in black,
water color painted, cut and 3-D layered. Background papers cut
with nestabilities and bazzill papers. Ribbion "collar" finished
with heart shaped sequins and charm reads, "To Love and to Cherish"

This is also my challenge entry for "OUR CREATIVE CORNER" to use
momochomatic shades in a design and "COLOUR CREATE CHALLENGE BLOG" use the colors PINK, and "chocolate" brown, beige/white.

This froggie is "jumping for joy" enjoying these last days of summer.

Image was then cut and layered for a 3-D effect.
Bazzill and "Laundry Line" glittered papers are layered and then sewn.

This is my entry for the Penny Black & Colour Create Challenge as well as "The Pink Elephant Challenge #27" which this week' s colors are blues , whites, tans and brown and I added a "lil" green! Hello! This card started out with Margaret Sherry's image titled
"Hitchin' A Ride".
The image has been heat embossed and then
water colored.
A second image was painted, glittered with stickles, and then
cut and used to complete a 3-D effect.
I used real wood from Sue McMahon's online store to accent image
along with designer glittered papers from Jen Wilson.
Silk flowers to follow the latest Midnight Madness challenge 11 have been
added to follow this week's layout.

Doggie brag books!

I plan to make them with different dog breeds and

I immediately thought of a "Day on the Beach" in a quaint seaside villa. I'm very partial to shells and sea life, so this card just came to life when I added Red, White, and Blue!

I really like how this book came out! I think this book would be most cherished to collect wallet sized photo's , collect poems and write memories for days to come! I used "House Mouse" bunnie as center image. Bunnies are heat embossed in black embossing powder, bazzill paper, and NEST frame image and then book is finished with pretty ribbons and PRIMA flowers and glitters. P.S. This photo is quite BRIGHT, the oranges are much "peacher" and softer in person!
